Kepes-Végh, Ádám -- web content-editor

For me, conflict resolution and mediation have two messages. One of them is about civilian maturity: my fundamental belief in people's ability to have dialogues and to resolve their conflicts and grievances among themselves (if necessary with the help of an unbiased third party), and find common ground without anyone telling them from a position of power what to do or how any of them should be punished or treated The other message is: humanity. Everyone has their own story and once people get to know this story, it gets hard or even unnecessary to label others (something that seems so easy until we are strangers). I beleive grievance have to be processed, not avenged, that is why conflict resolution and mediation are important for me.
